Udbhida those who pierce the ground to go upwards – the trees, are an essential part of vaidika traditions, as the basis of ayurveda, to make man’s life longer and healthier, they take care of this world’s need, as the part of several rituals, they ensure paralaukika sukha as well.
Bharata desha has been blessed with thousands upon thousands of different species and subspecies of trees, which have, with time, formed an inseparable part of our culture and traditions, you can’t imagine Bharata without Peepal or Plaksha or Palasha or Vata or Mango or Tulasi, and many others. Just like Vaidika theological traditions, we are making this small attempt to revive the native flora as well.
